Known in Taiwan for hosting its first televised cooking show, renowned ________ Fu Pei-mei taught viewers how to cook Chinese cuisine for almost 40 years. Fu gained acclaim outside of Taiwan as well, particularly from the success of her first bilingual Mandarin-English cookbook, published in 1969.
