Diné textile artist D.Y. Begay merges geometric abstraction with realistic landscape imagery in her tapestries Palette of Cochineal (2013) and Winter in the North (2019). ________ featured alongside forty-six other tapestries of Begay's in Sublime Light, a 2025 exhibition at the National Museum of the American Indian.
