To better understand consumer loyalty to specific online retailers, Branislav Dudic and colleagues created a survey using statements as proxy indicators of customer experience with receiving goods purchased online. The statements are categorized as relevant to one of six topics—e.g., statement , "I like when packages delivered to me are tightly packed," is categorized as relevant to the topic of visual appeal—and respondents rate the importance of each statement to their experience.
