The near-Earth asteroid 1991 VH is orbited by the moonlet S/1997 (35107). In 2022 scientists studying asteroid deflection intentionally crashed a probe into a similar moonlet, Dimorphos, shortening its orbital period by 32 minutes. it used to take Dimorphos 11 hours, 55 minutes to orbit the near-Earth asteroid Didymos: now it takes 11 hours, 23 minutes.
