For example, Inuit singer-songwriter Tanya Tagaq incorporated Inuit throat singing into electronic music on her album Tongue, and Swinomist/Iñupiaq musician Black Belt Eagle Scout combined powwow-style melodies with rock on her album At the Party with My Brown Friends.
